I had a generally nice stay at the Ramada Plaza, with a comfortable bed and clean rooms being highlights. However, I encountered some confusion regarding my checkout time, which was a bit frustrating. The staff was mostly very attentive, particularly the breakfast waitstaff, who were really good in their service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience despite a few hiccups.
